uCENSEO.com was intentionally kept nice and simple. We allow you to create and run up to THREE online opinion poll surveys, each with FIVE questions.

You need to create an account with uCenseo. You will then receive a username and password to login. Once you are logged in you will be able to create surveys.

You can create four different types of survey:

1. Single Choice
   This type of survey is the most simple type and perfect if all you want is a simple Yes / No answer to your questions. It uses the 'Radio Button' style of form, allowing you to make ONLY ONE CHOICE. It's an either/or style of survey.
2. Multiple Choice
   This type of survey allows you to offer users the ability to select more than one answer. This allows users to select all that apply with the use of 'Tick Boxes'.
3. Input/Text Box
   This type of survey allows you to offer users the ability to enter free text or express an opinion using a 'Input/Text Box' but be careful this type of survey is almost impossible to quantify into statistics.
4. Single Choice + Input/Text Box
   This is a mixture of 2 and 3.
